Thank God It's Friday is TGIF. Kalau aku nak bersyukur esok Sabtu camne? Thank God It's Saturday or TGIS! Simple. Ye tasha, pathetic. Sendiri tanya soalan bodoh sendiri jawab -__-
Kenapa nak besyukur esok Sabtu pulak? Sebab esok 28hb. Sebab esok gaji masuk :D Sebab esok gaji masuk awal awal pagi :D Hihihi. It's my second month receiving salary here in IBM. Syukur Alhamdulillah.. and then tinggal bulan February sahaja sebelum contract 3 bulan aku tamat. 3 bulan je oh, sekejap gila. AL pun tak habes guna lagi, siap tambah Replacement Leave (RL) sebab kerja on CNY aritu hehe! Nak kena bazirkan cuti cuti yang ada ni sebelum renew contract sebab cuti takleh carry forward huhu. So nak apply cuti kena pilih tarikh yang best supaya boleh bercuti dengan happily ever afterrrr.
Oi nak cerita gaji je pun! Gebang.
Anyways, gaji memey la dapat esok, tapi seperti biasa, 'kaya' tu sekejap sahaja. Sebab almost half of my salary kene set aside for marriage savings hihi :') lg half tu bayar itu ini, bagi mak abah, bagi adik adik, servis bebi viva forever, dental appointment, sumbat makanan dalam perut sendiri and perut fahmi (sebab every month ktorang dua pergi makan besar muahahah *gelak gaya bongkak gila*) and many others. Jangan lupa bersedekah.
Alah problem ni bukan aku sorang je hadapi. Korang pun rasa jugak. Sedappp je pegang duit banyak banyak, tapi kejap je kan? Takpe, BERSYUKUR guys! :)

"Nadia is okay la, normal.. Your name haa.. Very.. European.."
"Hahaha.. My dad even wanted to put my name as Natalie at first" -Asta punya gebang memang hebat, hey but it's true ya knowww

Happy Australia Day!
And so, I've been expecting less calls/no calls at all for today since it's a Public Holiday in Australia. But my account here in Regional Contact Center (RCC) IBM supported customers from Asia Pacific Countries (APAC). Which means, by right, I shall be receiving calls from Singapore or India or Indonesia today. Tapi takda pun? Jadi mari kita berblogging haha.
Most calls that I answered in a day would be mainly calls from Australia. Now you know lah accent dorang camne kan? Dengan BI yang mereka hebat nak dibandingkan BI Band 4 MUET aku, kelajuan dorang bercakap pun macam Bullet Train dah aku dengar. Mula mula kena jawab calls from Australia ni memang nervous lah, tipu tak nervous. Entah sapa pulak cakap ko tipu kan tash? Anyway, lama lama Im getting used to it. Ala bila kita buat apa apa pun, mula mula gelabah labah labah, lama lama sambil update Twitter pun boleh handle Australians ni. Eceh gebang. Exaggerate sangat dah ni.
I've learnt new things with these Australians. Dorang okay tau bila cakap elok elok tu, omg baik sopan je. Sebab dorang Business customers kan. Nak minta tolong dengan helpdesk macam aku ni, cakap baik baik please.
"Sir, may I have you first name and surname please..?" -Asta bernada ceria sambil senyum
"Sure, my name is %*&# and the surname is #@%^@$." -Customer yang cakap laju and mumble thus aku tak dapat catch up apa nama kau ni oi.
"Sir, I am sorry.. Would you mind spelling out your name for me please..?" -Asta tahap kesabaran tinggi
"Certainly. My name is D for Delta, A for Alpha, V for Victor, I for India, D for Delta and my surname is B for Bravo, E for Echo, C for Charlie, K for Kilo, H for Hotel, A for Alpha and M for Mike. It's David Beckham." -User spelling out his name patiently
"Thank you David. OMGEEEE ARE YOU THE REAL DAVID BECKHAM YANG HENSEM GILAK TUUU??!" - Pfftt. Rekaan semata mata. Beck is not even in Australia, silly.
Contoh je la conversation kat atas ni.. They won't be mad kalau kita as helpdesk ni guna the right words, the right manner, the right tone to ask for their favour. Kadang kadang aku boleh gelak gelak dengan customer ni bila aku mintak IBM number dorang ke, then dorang kena cari ke, mesti ada yang buat lawak. Then I was like, "Hebat kau Asta bergelak tawa dengan mat saleh!" Eleh kecoh. Takde apa pun. Bukan cam Jozan buat lawak.
Bila aku nak create an incident ticket for the user, mesti aku tanya :
"Thank you David Beckham hensem for providing me all the details. Do you mind if I place you on hold for a couple of minutes for me to create an incident ticket for you David?" -Asta
"Sure! Not a problem." -David baik tak kesah tunggu on hold hihi
As I said just now, with the right manner, words and tone, the customers will be just fine. Dorang orang bekerja, then call helpdesk IBM and the conversations are recorded, nak maki aku maki la! Jaga kauuu. Haha! Bukan, maksud aku, yeah, dorang bekerja, kita bekerja so we understand each other. How manis!
With these Australians, at the end of the conversation, they love to say 'Cheers!' I was like "Eh sorry I dont drink and drive" Hahahah! No la, it's in their daily conversation, saying 'Cheers' to end up the conversation. They are just being friendly :') They even ask "Hi Natasha, how are you today?" and I'll say "I'm doing great! Thank you for asking. How about you?" at the beginning of the conversation. Yeah, I love their friendliness! I wish I can apply that in my daily life as well :D

No watch? Pathetic.
It has been few months since I dont wear any watch on my right hand. Kesian gilaaa, kahwin nak, pungpang sana sini, tapi nak own a watch sendiri TIDAK T.T
You see, bukan aku tak nak beli jam tangan. Like, I alwayssss wear a jam okay dulu. Mainly from Swatch brand. Eceh padahal ada 2 je jam Swatch dulu. Gebang punya Tasha. First time I own a Swatch as a birthday gift from Abah. He bought it in Swiss. Wooohooo cantik sangat! Sadly, no picca huhu. Andddd, kenapa dah takda? Sebab tali dia rosak and putus sebab tali jam tu cam getah tau tak? Mesti tak tau. Boooooo you! Kau da kenapa Tasha kerek ni? Ok continue.
Second time was on my birthday as well. Tapi beli sendiri dengan Mak kat Swatch KLCC. Abah bagi duit pergi beli nak beli apa kau amik. Pastila terus terjah Swatch! A silver watch with flowers and squirls craft on it. Haaa lepas tu tau kenapa rosak? Aku yang bijak pandai telah memakai jam tersebut dan TAK BUKAK lantas masuk air berklorin tinggi di Sunway Lagoon. Kejadian ini telah menyebabkan jarum jam dan setiap nombor telah menjadi karat in no time setelah diserang oleh air berklorin. Hebat Tasha Hebat. *tap on own shoulder* "-___-
Okay lepas frust dengan kebodohan diri sendiri, pergi pujuk diri beli jam Vincci pulak. Nak silver jugak tu, taknak kalah. Mungkin jiwa aku da sebati dengan warna silver? Mungkin theme wedding aku adalah silver? Ok ini sudah lari tajuk. Mari kembali.
So beli lah jam rm30 Vincci. Sebab apa beli murah? Sebab miskin.. Tak cukup duit nak own a Swatch time belajar. Fine. Jam ni rosak sebab adik sedara tersayang telah membengkok kan jam tersebut lantas (kali kedua aku guna 'lantas' dalam post ni) tak boleh bend untuk cengkam pergelangan tangan dah. Pathetic.
So yeah, sampai sekarang I wear no watch baby. Kesian, terkapai kapai tak tahu pukul berapa sekarang. Pergelangan tangan kanan kosong je. Dulu time pakai jam ada jugak kesan sunburn kat pergelangan tu bila bukak jam. Kini tidak lagi. (baca dengan nada iklan dulu gemuk, kini kurus). Tangan kiri ada lah pakai gelang pink yang mak belanja time raya hari tu. Jari manis kiri kanan dah bersarung. Eh apakah ini. Sudah lari topik sekali lagi.
Hopefully in March, I can own a Swatch again. Tak nak bagi rosak, tak nak bagi calar balar, tak nak bagi putus, taknak rendam dalam air klorin lagi. Semoga I can get back my sunburn bekas pakai jam haha! (kau dah macam apa tasha tunggang langgang bm-bi)
p/s : nak minta hantaran Jam Tangan Gucci dari bakal suami. Jam Guess taknak, nampak macam tiruan Uptown. Gucci sahaja. Ambil serius please.

#7 : Route to Getting Married
" Abah, nanti kalau Asta kahwin, nak kena buat private reception cam Nia dulu ke? I agreed with the private reception concept, but maybe boleh buat up to 500 guests ke..? " -Asta
" Boleh juga, private reception makan berhidang lah with all the domes. Kalau nak buat buffet tu pun boleh juga sebenarnya, tapi guests come and go lah. Takde lah semua guests duduk sekali, eat together, take picture together then everybody goes home at the same time. Or maybe, your wedding can be done in only 1 reception. Make it in a big hall/ballroom where both families can gather and get to know each other. Mungkin dapat saving in term of 1 reception only, but it may costs higher sebab semua buat in 1 shot kan. I like the concept of maybe the emcee can introduce the family members. For example, "Here's the bride's mother, Puan Norlida Ismail and the bride's father, Encik Roslan Abdullah Arshah" then both of you salam Mak Abah. And the list goes on till uncle aunty, mana yang boleh salam, mana yang tak boleh salam. The other guests can see that this is actually something new, never been done in other weddings right. In a way, other guests can also get to know who is who.." -Abah

Yes, (tiba tiba jawab Yes ada orang tanya soalan ke?) I've been posting a lot of posts on Route to Getting Married recently. Sekejap aku eksaited sendiri, sekejap mak eksaited, kejap mak bagi nasihat, kejap aku nervous. Ah kau Tasha tak payah macam macam sangat la.
Maybe the excitement is getting there..bit by bit. Nia, Naim, Nazif, Abang Im kau takpayah risau la dorang suke je aku nak kahwin, tolong eksaited sekali ade la. Ciwah lagi takde hal, sekarang hal dia adalah gatal gusi lantas (karangan BM SPM) menggigit jari Mummy, Papa & Abah. Dorang takde masalah apa apa pun, chillax sahaja! (aku tak suke gune chillax ni sebenanrnye, urban sgt. sigh. aku kampung)
Whilst (ahlahmakk karangan BI SPM) Mak and Abah, they've got the idea and acknowledge (another BI essay) that their lovelyyy daughter (lempang) wants to get married.. around next year perhaps. Amin!
So from time to time, memang ada la terselit sikit sikit hal kahwin dalam daily conversation kitorang. Kadang kadang tu aku post terus dialog perkahwinan ni, senang sikit. :p
Tuhan, permudahkan lah segalanya.. Amin..
